The Senior Technology Manager plays a critical role in delivering, supporting, and optimizing technology systems. This position oversees business applications, service desk, internal development initiatives, while managing a cross-functional technical team. Will also serves as the project execution lead for major IT/OT and digital transformation projects and collaborates closely with business units, including the Director of Operational Efficiency and Airoverse. Responsibilities: Lead execution of technology projects aligned with strategic initiatives set by the CTO. Serve as a point of contact for technology requests, escalations, and prioritization across departments. Oversee planning, delivery, and tracking of cross-functional IT and IT/OT projects. Maintain project schedules, mitigate risks, and coordinate across internal stakeholders. Support innovative initiatives in collaboration with the Airoverse Business Unit and Director of Operational Efficiency. Ensure system uptime and reduced ticket volume across user services Direct the support and maintenance of business-critical applications. Manage workload, mentoring, and performance reviews for direct reports. Oversee service desk workflows and advanced support escalation processes. Oversee Cyber Security operations and escalation processes. Evaluate vendor performance and ensure alignment with service level expectations. Engage with stakeholders from both IT and OT sides, including management, operations, engineering, and external vendors, to gather requirements and ensure alignment with organizational goals. Act as a liaison between IT and OT teams, translating technical requirements and ensuring clear communication. Conduct meetings to discuss project goals, timelines, and challenges with stakeholders. Position Requirements: 7+ years of experience in IT operations, systems, or applications management 2+ years in a leadership or team management role Strong project management and cross-functional coordination skills Experience with enterprise platforms (ERP, CPQ, CRM, WMS, or similar) Solid understanding of infrastructure, cloud services, and security protocols Experience with GenAI platforms, SaaS integrations, or API architecture Ability to work across departments & translate business needs into technical solutions Hands-on knowledge of system monitoring, identity management, or networking tools Other duties as assigned. Work Conditions: On-call availability for 15 days per month. Quarterly travel to each facility is required. Dexterity of hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, and to handle other computer components. Occasional inspection of cables in floors and ceilings. Lifting and transporting moderately heavy objects, such as computers, devices, and peripherals.
