Nursing Clinical Manager

Nursing Clinical Manager Pottstown, Pennsylvania Hours: Days with flexible hours. Responsibilities: Assists the Nursing Unit Director in the overall management of the clinical and administrative activities of the designated unit and department that they support in order to ensure patients the provision of quality care. Will be supervising staff on the 2nd and 4th floor. This positon requires overseeing patient care, and make management decisions. Helping with the schedule and monthly audits will be required as well. This position requires helping with recruiting and training new staff as well as working with patients and their families if they have compliants. Education Requirements Bachelor of Science in Nursing - OR - Non-Nursing Bachelor's degree with an MSN - OR - Doctoral degree in Nursing Experience Previous Management experience required. Certification and Licensure BLS Certification If applicable as per the department assigned; ACLS Certification If applicable as per the department assigned; ACLS, Trauma If applicable as per the department assigned, PALS Certification If applicable as per the department assigned; Perianesthesia Nursing Certification PA Registered Nurse License Required Skills Excellent Communications Skills Excellent Interpersonal Skills General Clerical Skills Microsoft Excel Microsoft PowerPoint Microsoft Word
