Job specification Candidate requirements Job specification Assist in the preparation and execution of cardiovascular surgical procedures, ensuring patient safety and surgical efficiency. Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and the perioperative team to maintain a sterile and effective operating environment. Monitor patient vitals, respond to intraoperative needs, and ensure continuity of care before, during, and after procedures. Maintain accurate documentation of surgical interventions, patient responses, and clinical observations. Adhere to hospital protocols, infection control standards, and patient safety initiatives. Provide support in post-operative care and contribute to positive patient recovery outcomes. Candidate requirements Why work with us? Active RN license in Washington (or eligibility to obtain). Minimum of 2 years of recent CVOR experience required. Current BLS and ACLS certifications are mandatory. Experience in scrubbing and circulating in open-heart and cardiovascular procedures preferred. Strong critical thinking, attention to detail, and team collaboration skills.
