Senior Lead - Business Analyst

JOB TITLE: Senior Lead - Business Analyst LOCATION OF THE JOB: PISCATAWAY, NJ JOB TYPE: FULL TIME TRAVEL: Must be willing to relocate and work anywhere in the US. COMPANY DESCRIPTION: JOB ROLE AND PURPOSE: Collaborate with customers and subject matter experts (SMEs) to develop and maintain a web-based Policy Administration System (PAS) application using a cloud platform. Conduct gap analysis, strategy analysis, and feasibility analysis for Insurity Policy Decisions Evolution workflows. Create Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FSD), user stories, data mapping documents, variance reports and data dictionaries to support and implement the project deliverables . Design new rating algorithms, formulas, and rate factors using WinRTM and Rate File Wizard, ensuring alignment with business logic and regulatory guidelines. Review rating worksheets and stat reporting to resolve out of balance policies. Develop and map new fields on regulatory and proprietary policy forms using the Forms Index Tool (FIT) and Forms Authorization Tool (FAT). Perform data analysis to support integration with upstream and downstream applications. Prepare and manage the product backlog using Project management tools like PPM. Conduct system studies, feasibility and impact analysis, estimation, and project planning. Create planned iterations and lead Agile, backlog refinement, maintain acceptance criteria, application demos, retrospectives and daily scrum ceremonies. REQUIREMENTS: Master's degree (or equiv) in CompSci, Analytics, Engg (Comp/Mech/Electronic), or related field, plus 2 years of experience in occupation involving similar duties/technical capabilities.
