We are committed to providing high quality services to our southwest Minnesota community.Position HighlightsJob Duties:Performs case management and skilled nursing according to a MD established order for home health and hospice patients.Education and/or Experience: Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing from a college or university required. One to two years of nursing experience preferred. Experience with home health and hospice care preferred.Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Must have current license from the state of Minnesota and be able to obtain licensure in the state of South Dakota. BLS certified or must be obtained within 1 week of hire. A valid driver's license and auto insurance is required.The pay range for this position is $40.11 - $54.32 per hour.
