In preparation for continued growth, they have invested in a new facility in Bethlehem PA. We are looking for a motivated and experienced Supply Chain Manager to help establish and implement best-in-class practices across the areas of Planning, Scheduling, Procurement, and Inventory. We are searching for a Supply Chain Manager who will be responsible for S&OP, Planning, Scheduling, Procurement, and Inventory Management to support production and distribution needs. This role requires a strategic thinker who can drive operational efficiency, optimize inventory, and ensure seamless coordination between suppliers, manufacturing, and distribution. Planning & Scheduling Develop and implement Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) processes to align demand and supply. Create production schedules that balance efficiency, capacity, and demand fluctuations. Work closely with manufacturing, sales, and logistics teams to optimize scheduling and minimize downtime. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as on-time delivery, schedule adherence, and capacity utilization. Procurement & Supplier Management Develop and execute procurement strategies to optimize cost, quality, and lead times. Negotiate contracts and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers. Ensure raw materials and packaging availability while mitigating supply chain risks. Monitor supplier performance, addressing issues related to delivery, cost, or quality. Inventory & Materials Management Implement inventory control processes to optimize stock levels and minimize waste. Ensure raw materials and finished goods inventory align with demand forecasts and production plans. Work with warehouse and logistics teams to improve inventory accuracy and reduce excess/obsolete stock. Leverage data analytics to enhance decision-making and inventory forecasting. Issue POs and address receipt variances with vendors Maintain the vendor master data in the ERP. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Operations, Business, or related field. 5-10 years of experience in supply chain roles within food manufacturing or CPG industries. Strong understanding of production planning, procurement, and inventory management best practices. Experience with ERP/MRP systems and data-driven decision-making. Excellent negotiation, problem-solving, and analytical skills. Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Knowledge of food safety regulations, USDA/FDA compliance, and supply chain sustainability is a plus.
