Produce high-quality radiographs to support accurate diagnoses. Maintain and update patient EMRs; provide copies of images upon request. Ensure images are uploaded correctly into PACS. Perform equipment checks, cleaning, and minor maintenance; arrange repairs when needed. Monitor radiation safety, protecting patients and staff at all times. Maintain proper levels of radiology supplies and follow departmental safety protocols. Essential Functions Deliver safe, efficient diagnostic imaging services. Follow infection-control, OSHA, and departmental policies to maintain a safe environment. Assist with patient positioning and transfers to capture optimal images. Support smooth clinic operations by balancing quality standards with patient care needs. Handle occasional high-stress situations requiring quick, accurate decisions. Travel intermittently between clinic locations, as needed. Requirements Education: High school diploma/GED required. Certification: BMO certification (required); BLS certification; state licensure. Experience: 1+ year in urgent care or patient care setting preferred; EMR knowledge helpful. Knowledge: Medical terminology, diagnostic imaging practices, anatomy, radiographic safety, and equipment handling. Skills: Strong customer service, attention to detail, communication, and analytical abilities. This description is intended to provide only basic guidelines for meeting job requirements.
