About the role Operates and maintains campus/site LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi; ensures availability, performance, and security. What you'll do Configure/maintain switches/routers/firewalls (Aruba/Cisco/Fortinet). Monitor with SolarWinds/Orion; manage VLANs, QoS, NAC. Support VPN/remote access; troubleshoot performance. Maintain diagrams/runbooks; follow CAB/change control. Support VTC connectivity and surge events. Qualifications 3-5 yrs network admin; CCNA or equivalent preferred. Routing/switching, Wi-Fi, NAC (e.g., ClearPass). ServiceNow/change mgmt familiarity. Former law enforcement supervision & veterans - highly preferred.
