Among the key duties of this position are the following: Performs a variety of maintenance, repair, and installation tasks, including carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC/R, and painting, in and around the buildings and grounds of the facility. Uses sketches, operational manuals, or manufacturer's specifications as needed. Directs other mechanics and helpers.
