Benefits:401(k) matchingDental insuranceHealth insuranceVision insuranceRestoration Supervisor SERVPRO®Join a hands-on, fast-paced environment where your leadership, communication, and project management skills support our mission: making it “Like it never even happened.” We’re seeking a motivated Restoration Supervisor to oversee restoration projects, coach technicians, and ensure exceptional customer service and quality work.Primary ResponsibilitiesProject Oversight & Team Management • Coordinate, oversee, and perform restoration processes as scheduled while ensuring quality control • Manage the customer and client experience to maintain overall project satisfaction • Communicate clear expectations to restoration technicians and supervise their activities • Thoroughly document restoration projects to support the services provided • Manage labor, equipment, and supply usage on assigned projects • Communicate progress, issues, and important updates with internal team members • Verify all safety protocols are established and followed for workplace safety • Perform daily, weekly, and monthly vehicle and equipment maintenance as assigned • Coach and train restoration technicians • Other duties as assignedCustomer Support & Communication • Maintain professional and clear communication with customers, teammates, and stakeholders • Support a positive customer experience by ensuring timely updates and accurate project deliveryRequirementsExperience & Skill Set • At least 1 year of experience in cleaning, restoration, or construction • IICRC certifications a plus • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills • Ability to pass a background check (as allowed by law)Education & Credentials • High school diploma or GED required • Valid driver’s license requiredSkills / Physical Demands / Competencies• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. regularly; up to 100 lbs. with assistance • Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, and operate in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics) • Ability to repetitively push, pull, lift, and carry objects • Ability to work with or around cleaning agents as neededCompensation & Benefits• Pay starting at $17–$20/hour based on experience • Opportunities for overtime pay • Superior benefits package • Paid training and professional development • Career progression opportunitiesEach SERVPRO® Franchise is Independently Owned and Operated.All employees of a SERVPRO Franchise are hired by, employed by, and under the sole supervision and control of an independently owned and operated SERVPRO Franchise.
