Tesseraisseekinganmotivated and professional Graveyard Shift Supervisor.TheGraveyardSupervisor's primary duty and responsibility is to supervisethe employees workingthe graveyardshift andthe total work effort associated with operation, sustainment, restoration, and modernization of the facility systems and componentsduring their shift.TheGraveyardSupervisor shall be the subject matter expert for facility maintenance and repairduring swing shift hours. Productivity, workplace safety, customer satisfaction, and the team's successisdependent on the leadershipteamposition'sefforts. The success of this position will draw fromTessera'sleadership competencies: Mission and Values: Safety Leadership; Operations Excellence; Customer Service; and Servant Leadership" Typical duties include but are not limited to: Leading, mentoring, and managing a team ofdiverse employees, delegating tasks, andprovidingtechnical guidance. Developing and implementing preventative maintenance plans to ensureoptimalsystem performance and longevity. Responsible for supervising a variety of tasks, including repair and maintenance of painted surfaces, fencing, concrete, asphalt, gravel roads, road shoulders, swales, culverts, drainage ditches, and snow removal. Be proactive inidentifyingproblems early before they become significant problems requiring greater resources for resolution. Ensuring strict adherence to safety protocols and regulations, especially when working with energized equipment Planning, scheduling, and overseeing electrical projects, including material procurement and cost estimation. Maintainingaccuraterecords of work performed, generating reports, and communicating effectively with the customer. Qualifications: Associate's degree in electrical, general or facilitymaintnenance 3-5 years inFacility Maintenance Equivalent combination of experience and education accepted. Possessing in-depth knowledge of electrical systems components, and relevant codes and regulations. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complexfacilityissues. Keeneye for detail to ensure projects are installed correctly and safely. Physical Requirements: Employees must have the ability toperformthe following physical demands for extended periods of time with or withoutassistance. Must be able to lift and/or move up to50pounds. May berequiredto reach, kneel, walk,crawl,stand, and use repetitive motion for several hours at a time based on position duties. Must have the perseverance to work effectively under pressure for extended periods of time.
