Job Title: Sr. Product ManagerJob DescriptionWe are seeking a Sr. Product Manager to serve as the primary interface with multiple teams, including two scrum teams with separate release schedules and technical leads. This role requires exceptional communication skills and the ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships, particularly in the context of video and diagnostic programs.Responsibilities Manage two programs: Video and Diagnostics (DIAG), each with unique challenges and stakeholder dynamics. Serve as the primary product liaison to stakeholders, managing communication across multiple concurrent priorities. Navigate complex stakeholder conversations to reconcile competing priorities, evolving requirements, and release constraints. Negotiate release scope with stakeholders, ensuring realistic commitments aligned with engineering capacity and delivery timelines. Mitigate friction during code transfers by ensuring acceptance criteria and requirements are clearly defined and validated. Provide structured, transparent status reporting and risk escalation to Sr. stakeholders. Own the product roadmap and backlog for assigned products, translating high-level epics into executable epics and user stories. Drive requirements refinement by pushing for specificity, edge cases, non-functional requirements, and acceptance criteria. Track and manage long-lived epics across multiple releases, ensuring continuity and traceability. Lead quarterly planning cycles in collaboration with stakeholders and engineering leadership, decomposing strategic guidance into actionable delivery plans. Partner with technical delivery leads to align scope and sequencing, conduct release planning, and track execution progress. Develop a strong working knowledge of cloud-native systems running in AWS and collaborate closely with developers to ensure solutions align with platform architecture. Essential Skills 4+ years as a Technical Product Manager, Technical Project Manager, or Business Analyst in a software or SaaS environment. Demonstrated experience managing complex stakeholder relationships in matrixed or global organizations. Experience negotiating release scope and aligning cross-functional teams around delivery constraints. Proven ability to manage long-lived epics and high-level initiatives. AWS platform experience (Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, RDS, Kinesis or equivalent). Strong understanding of cloud-native architectures and SaaS delivery models. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Experience with Jira, Confluence, SQL, and diagramming tools (Lucidchart / Visio). Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze product and operational data. Detail-oriented with strong process discipline and focus on continuous improvement. Additional Skills & Qualifications Japanese language skills are a major plus. Occasional evening meetings due to time zone alignment. Flexible start time allowed following late meetings.
