This role oversees Project Managers and operational support staff, strengthens systems and accountability, and helps position the business for larger renovation opportunities. The expectation is to train and develop Project Managers to handle daily job management so this role can increasingly focus on growth, relationships, and operational improvement.Reporting Structure Reports To: President Direct Reports:Project Manager (2) Rehab Coordinator (Remote - dispatching, scheduling support, a/p and a/r assistance) Works Closely With: Accounting Department and Marketing Department to support financial stewardship, operational reporting, client communication, and company growth initiatives.What Winning Looks LikeProject Managers confidently own day-to-day projects Rehab projects stay organized, predictable, and profitable CoreBuild grows into larger renovations without losing efficiency Clients and prospects experience professionalism and strong communication.Key Responsibilities Operations LeadershipOversee renovation operations across multiple projects Train and develop Project Managers to manage daily execution Strengthen systems, processes, and accountability.Team DevelopmentProvide leadership and clear expectations to Project Managers and Rehab Coordinator.
