We are seeking a Reliability Manager to lead the reliability, maintainability, and availability effort for a major lunar surface mobility program. In this role, you will shape reliability strategy, guide testing and verification, and ensure mission-critical systems meet the highest standards of safety and performance. Key Responsibilities Apply NASA's reliability standard NASA-STD-8729.1A to vehicle and subsystem designs Lead reliability analyses and refine allocations at the component and subsystem level Drive FMECA, maintainability analysis, service life analysis, and related assessments in collaboration with integrated product teams Support verification and validation of reliability requirements including verification objectives, test plans, and procedures Develop and maintain reliability documentation such as analyses, reports, and compliance matrices Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, aerospace engineering or a related field 7 or more years of experience in reliability, maintainability, and availability engineering Experience developing probabilistic reliability models Demonstrated experience with NASA, DoD, or equivalent reliability standards Experience working through the systems engineering lifecycle Proficiency with reliability analysis tools and software Strong communication, organization, and time management skills Self-driven and able to meet critical deadlines U.S. Person Preferred Qualifications Experience with software reliability Previous experience supporting Class A NASA missions Experience preparing and presenting reliability content for design reviews such as SRR, PDR, or CDR #LI-LH1
