OverviewThe Pricing Analyst will provide analytics and insights that will inform The Vitamin Shoppe's pricing strategy. The ideal candidate will be able to synthesize large amounts of data and present in a simplistic manner.Responsibilities Responsible for disseminating Pricing dashboards to the organization, while providing actionable insights and recommendations Analyze, interpret, and communicate the results of pricing initiatives and tests to key business partners Support the design and generation of analytics tools and dashboards for use by key business partners to better understand and efficiently process pricing-related information Track and report on industry and competitive landscape, identify trends, and provide recommendations on future tactics Assist with the operational needs of the team, including execution of price changes and updating of reporting QualificationsSkill and Ability: Self-motivated team player with ability to manage a fast-paced work environment, multi-task and adapt to shifting priorities, demands and timelines Outstanding organizational skills with superior attention to detail Superior problem solving and analytical skills Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Demonstrate ownership and accountability for all tasks and projects Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel Working knowledge of Power BI and SQL is not mandatory, but is a plus Education/Certification: Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field of study 2+ years of experience in pricing, analytical, or financial roles Equal Opportunity PolicyThe Vitamin Shoppe is an equal opportunity employer.
