Job Title: Technical Team Lead Location: REI US WA Seattle Years of Experience: 2 5 Years Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Team Lead with a strong background in SAP Basis Administration. The ideal candidate will lead a team of technical professionals, ensuring the successful delivery of projects while maintaining high standards of quality and performance. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non technical stakeholders. Responsibilities: Lead and mentor a team of technical professionals in SAP Basis Administration. Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of SAP systems. Ensure optimal performance and availability of SAP environments. Manage system upgrades, patches, and migrations with minimal downtime. Collaborate with cross functional teams to define project requirements and deliverables. Implement best practices for system security, backup, and disaster recovery. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for SAP related issues. Document processes, procedures, and system configurations for knowledge sharing. Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and trends to drive continuous improvement. Mandatory Skills: Strong expertise in SAP Basis Administration. Experience with SAP system installations, configurations, and upgrades. Proficient in performance tuning and troubleshooting SAP systems. Knowledge of SAP security and user administration. Familiarity with database management systems (e.g., Oracle, HANA). Excellent problem solving and analytical skills. Strong leadership and team management abilities. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written. Preferred Skills: Experience with cloud based SAP solutions. Knowledge of SAP Solution Manager. Familiarity with ITIL processes and methodologies. Experience in project management and Agile methodologies. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 2 5 years of experience in SAP Basis Administration. Relevant SAP certifications are a plus. Proven track record of leading technical teams and delivering projects on time.
