Every part you check helps the line stay strong, the work stay steady, and the team stay proud. What You Bring to the Line Education: High school diploma or GED preferred. Experience: 1 year of previous quality assurance experience + familiarity with precision inspection tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges) Detail Drive: You've got an eye that doesn't miss a thing. On-the-Line Ready: Lift, move, and stay active through long shifts. Mindset: Solid teammate with pride in quality and a get-it-done attitude. What You'll Do: Inspect and test products at various stages of the production process. Compile and evaluate statistical data to determine product quality and reliability. Select products for testing at designated stages, as specified by work order travelers. Record and analyze test data; identify and report deviations from standards. Write quality reports and recommend modifications to existing quality or production standards.
