Experienced Cabinet / Lamination Technician (Trades Role) $25/hr | First Shift | Skilled Position Only Pay Rate Based on ExperienceThis role is for experienced trades professionals only. We are seeking a skilled HPL Lamination Technician with proven experience in cabinetry, woodworking, finish carpentry, or laminate application. If you do not have hands-on experience reading a tape measure, operating power tools, and producing clean finish work, this role will not be a fit. Key Responsibilities: Sand cabinets smooth and prep surfaces for laminate application Measure, layout, and cut laminate to precise specifications using a tape measure and table saw Apply contact adhesive to both cabinets and laminate Adhere laminate and roll, trim, sand, and file edges to a seamless finish Maintain production quality and meet project deadlines Required Skills & Experience: 2+ years in cabinetry, woodworking, millwork, finish carpentry, or laminate work Ability to read a tape measure accurately and follow work orders or blueprints Comfortable using power tools safelyExperience with laminate or similar finishing materials preferred Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship What This Role Is NOT: Not general labor Not entry-level Not a helper position Why Join Us: $25/hr starting pay First shift schedule Stable, growing production environment Hands-on, skilled work that values craftsmanship If you are a true trades professional with cabinetry, lamination, or woodworking experience, apply today and join a team that values precision and quality. The 12 month accrual period is considered to begin for new employees on the employees first day of employment. An employee is entitled to begin using earned and accrued paid leave time 90 calendar days after commencement of employment. Paid leave under this Act shall accrue at the rate of one hour of paid leave for every 40 hours worked up to 40 hours of paid leave 401(k) with company match for eligible employees. Eligibility: Active employees with one year of work and during that one year has completed 1,000 hours of service and is at least 21 years of age. Entry dates into the 401(k) are: 1/1 or 7/1 following the one year of service and completing 1,000 hours of work. The company will match 100% of the first 3% of the employee contribution.
