Key Responsibilities: Lead preconstruction initiatives on diverse projects, including healthcare facilities, schools, and airports. Create and oversee conceptual budgets, detailed cost estimates, and Guaranteed Maximum Prices (GMPs). Collaborate closely with design teams, ownership groups, and internal project management to ensure seamless coordination throughout the preconstruction phase. Assist in business development and proposal generation as required. Mentorship and guidance to junior estimators and preconstruction team members. Qualifications: At least 10 years of experience in preconstruction or estimating within the commercial construction realm. Demonstrated capability to manage intricate estimates and preconstruction workflows from initial concept to project hand-off. Exceptional communication and leadership abilities.
