Crescent Manor Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, located in scenic Bennington, VT, is actively seeking LNA’s for our skilled nursing facility. We are looking for reliable nursing assistants to provide quality care to our residents. The ideal candidates will be qualified, compassionate, delivering services in a patient and calm manner in a dynamic environment. DUTIES: Assisting patients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and grooming Monitoring and recording vital signs Providing basic nursing care under the supervision of a registered nurse or licensed practical nurse Assisting with mobility and transportation of patients Keeping accurate and detailed records of patient care Providing emotional support and companionship to patients Assisting with medical procedures and treatments as needed Maintaining a clean and safe environment for patients Collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure the highest quality of patient care REQUIREMENTS: Current VT LNA license required Ability to work in a team environment Ability to multi-task Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Understanding of confidentiality obligations and best nursing practices Competent in EMR entry – experience with Point Click Care a plus Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position Benefits – for Full Time Employees Health Insurance Dental and Vision Insurance Long/Short Term Disability Life Insurance Generous Paid Time Off 401K Plan with Employer Contribution Crescent Manor Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is a charming, well-maintained, 90-bed rehabilitation and skilled nursing facility located in Bennington, VT.
