Registered Nurse (RN) Hospital Emergency Room Key Details: Level 2 Per Diem 2 openings $55–$60/hr, depending on experience The Level 2 Emergency Department Registered Nurse (RN) provides high-quality, patient-centered care in a community hospital. This role supports a fast-paced emergency department that delivers critical care services to a diverse patient population while collaborating closely with an interdisciplinary care team. Key Responsibilities: Deliver direct nursing care to patients presenting with a broad range of emergency conditions Perform rapid assessments, triage, and continuous patient monitoring Administer medications, IV therapies, blood products, and emergency interventions as ordered Respond quickly and effectively to changes in patient condition Assist with trauma response and emergency procedures Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatment plans, and discharge instructions Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record Follow all hospital policies, safety protocols, and infection control standards Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, and support staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes Requirements: Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing Level 2 RN with demonstrated emergency department competency BLS and ACLS required Strong clinical judgment, multitasking ability, and communication skills Orientation & Scheduling Requirements: Orientation held on a Monday and Tuesday First 4 week: Minimum of 2 shifts per week required Ongoing: 2 shifts per month thereafter Potential exception: Candidates with prior Returns/Meditech experience may be considered At Blue United Sourcing, we connect you with: Top-paying contracts Flexible schedules Hands-on support every step of the way We’re Hiring Nationwide!  Looking to work in a different state?  Join our Talent Network and you’ll hear from us when a job in your desired location is available!
