About the role Job Title: Call Center Rep OH (Contractor) Location: Lake Mary / Longwood Fl Department: Information Technology Services Job Type: Contract 6 months with the possibility of extension and/or perm hire Job OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated Call Center Representative to join our team. This is a great opportunity to work with one of the largest hospitals in Florida, Orlando Health. Thisn will be at the new Lake Mary Medical Call Center. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with their inquiries and provide excellent service. Duties- Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally - Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently - Utilize computer systems to track, gather information, and troubleshoot customer issues - Maintain a high level of phone etiquette and professionalism at all times - Communicate effectively with customers to ensure understanding of their needs - Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services Skills- Proficient in English; fluency in Spanish is a plus - Strong customer service skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Comfortable using computerized systems for data entry and information retrieval - Multilingual abilities are advantageous - Experience in a medical office or knowledge of medical terminology is desirable - Bilingual proficiency is a bonus Job Types: Full-time, Contract Pay: $15.00 - $17.35 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Paid training Vision insurance Schedule: 8 hour shift Day shift Evening shift Night shift Weekends as needed Language: English (Required) Ability to Commute: Lake Mary, FL 32746 (Required) Ability to Relocate: Lake Mary, FL 32746: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person Work Environment: - This position requires on-site presence at various hospital locations. - The role may involve walking, standing, and moving equipment across different departments. - Occasional evening, weekend, or on-call work may be required to support critical IT operations.
