Extruder Machine Operator

New Berlin, WI 1st & 2nd shifts $18 - $24 p/hr BOE This position requires excellent attention to detail, good troubleshooting skills and basic math skills. Some experience operating, troubleshooting and adjusting basic machinery is required. Specific duties include: - Reviewing written job requirements - Installing basic tooling (die tube, air wipe) - Measures ID, wall thickness and shrink ratio of incoming tubing - Mounts & removes reels at beginning and end of expansion line - Starts and runs expansion line and adjusts process settings as required - Completing quality assurance forms - Prints labels and forms - Sets up inline tubing printer when needed - Assists in other areas as time permits - Occasional lifting of up to 55 lbs
