Billing Specialist

Management and Engineering Technologies International is seeking a Billing Specialist, to join our team of highly skilled professionals. If you are a detail-oriented individual, we encourage you to apply for this role!Location: El Paso, TXDuties: Process billing and vouchering documents in accordance with established procedures Accurately enter data into the accounting system Ensure that all documents are properly coded and classified Identify and resolve discrepancies in billing and vouchering documents Assist with other accounting tasks as needed Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions Perform data entry duties as required Qualifications 3-5 Years of relevant work experience A Degree in Accounting is preferred, however, this can be supplemented with relevant work experience. Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word Prior experience in data entry or accounting is required Deltek experience is a plus
