Business Systems Analyst

Job Title: Business Systems Analyst Location: Columbia, SC Duration: 12 Months Job Description This position will be a part of the team responsible for implementing and supporting the Public Health Licensing system as well as other Public Health technology initiatives. The Systems Analyst will need to learn the system capabilities and become an expert in that system to provide support, analysis, testing, problem resolution, reporting, and monitoring of that system. Required Skills: 1. Knowledge of Information Technology Field, best practices, organization, and operations 2. An aptitude for learning new skills and applying knowledge to solve complex problems 3. Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills 4. Customer Service skill and Application support 5. MS OFFICE (WORD, EXCEL, POWERPOINT, VISIO), MS SHAREPOINT, MS OUTLOOK 6. Experience in system analysis and information technology Flexible and easily adapts to changing priorities 7. Ticketing System Preferred Skills: 1. Ability to establish positive working relationships with technical staff, customers and others involved in data-centric management. 2. Microsoft Viso 3. Ms Office 365 4. Ticketing Software 5.
