How you'll make an impactResponsibilities include: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and understand change requirements for new product development initiatives. Design and execute change management strategies and plans to ensure the successful deployment of new products and processes. This includes plans and efforts to anticipate and minimize resistant behaviors from stakeholders, colleagues, and clients who are impacted by the changes. Assess current awareness of the change, conducts impact analyses, asses change readiness, and identify key stakeholders. Act as a coach for senior leaders, stakeholders, and supervisors to support their teams through transitions associated with each product release. Enable the design, development, delivery and management of key communications to ensure stakeholders and product users are informed and engaged throughout the change process. Collaborate with learning and development team to design and deliver training programs to support the adoption of new products and processes. Lead and engage Gallagher Bassett's change champion network, provide training, and early opportunities for hands on use of products. Actively gather feedback during all phases of the product development lifecycle. Define and measure success metrics for product pilots, general releases, and ongoing product outcome indicators to ensure products are meeting the needs of the business short and long term. Create and maintain resource documentation and resource sites to support end users, and partner with marketing to create client-facing product marketing materials. Partner with project managers and project teams to integrate change management activities into the project plan. Collaborate closely with Strategic Initiatives team to ensure changes align with corporate strategic objectives. Identify and address resistance to change, proactively engaging stakeholders to overcome barriers and drive acceptance. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change management initiatives, making necessary adjustments to ensure successful adoption and integration. Provide guidance and support to business units and project teams in implementing change management best practices. Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in change management, and proactively apply this knowledge to enhance change management processes within the organization. Skills & Experience Bachelor's degree or relevant combination of education and experience. 5-7 years of experience in change management and deployments, preferably within a product development or technology-driven environment. Proven track record of successfully managing and implementing change initiatives, including deployment of new products or processes. Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail while considering a holistic approach. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships. Able to work collaboratively with and through others and communicate with colleagues in both business and technical roles. Knowledge of the insurance industry, specifically workers compensation and liability claims is preferred. Change management certification (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) is a plus. About You Required: • Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 5 years of prior relevant experience, or equivalent experience. Preferred: • Project Management and team management • Knowledge of Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery pipelines • DevOps and Agile methodologies including Crum, Waterfall and Kanban • Software Development Lifecycle • Computer programming • Application infrastructure, system architecture, and operating system Compensation and benefits We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
