Position Summary: Create an excellent and engaging experience in RevKids for elementary-aged children.Christian Requirements: A demonstrated Christian faith commitment.A passion for the vision of the Revolution Church.Dependable church attendance at Revolution Church.Signed commitment to The Revolution Church Stewardship Covenant. Essential Functions:People LeadershipLead and connect relationally with Team Members, Teams Communicate weekly (including curriculum notes and announcements)Lead Coaches meeting and oversee Small GroupsModel and encourage Coaches to build relationships with their team through weekly contactDisciple and support Team Members in their personal growthMeet regularly with Small Group Leaders and Coaches for training and equippingCreate a remarkable culture that makes people love serving in RevKids!Interview and place new Team Members; Train and Equip for ongoing effectiveness Project LeadershipCreative Responsibilities Work with team members to create wow experiences for Team Members throughout the year.Be available to attend Team Member event-planning meetings when called upon.Small Group Related Administrative ResponsibilitiesInput and maintain current information on Team MembersManage Team Member paperwork (Background checks, references, etc.)Special Event SupportWork with the staff team to execute all aspects of special eventsAssist when appropriate for theme/context for special eventsPrepare Team Members for their role at special eventsBe a resource and encouragement to Team Members at the actual eventUtilize individual gifts and talents (ex, speaking, graphic design, writing, etc.)Lead Next Step conversations with children for BaptismAttends staff and departmental meetings, complies with company attendance policy, observes all safety procedures and policies, and participates in training as directed.Other duties as assigned. Must have a valid driver's license and pass a background check.
