Established in 2001, N-Hance Wood Renewal has been franchising since 2003.We are growing and looking for an individual to fill a full-time position for sales. This is year-round, consistent work. Previous experience required Wood Refinishing, General Manager, Project Estimator, Construction.You will be responsible for:Going to scheduled appointmentsNegotiating with customersProviding written estimates for customers in a timely mannerFollow up calls with customers as neededCoordinating with Office Administrator & OwnersReaching Sales GoalsHelping with jobs as neededDelegating jobs & tasksKeeping jobs on scheduleWood Working, Painting, and Residential Construction Work as needed.To qualify for this position you must:Have previous experience as a construction/project estimator along with hands on experience.Time Management SkillsHigh attention to detail- This is a MUST.Must be able to come up with standard operating proceduresHigh energy, friendly & professional demeanor, and willing to tailor each customer experience to the individual customer.Have a valid driver’s license, insurance and vehicleHave clean driving record, within the past three yearsBe available 5 days a week Mon-Fri between the hours of 7am-5pm & possibly some weekendsHigh school or equivalent (preferred)Ability to work multiple locationsThis franchise is independently owned and operated by a franchisee.
