Job Purpose The Client Custom Events Specialist represents the client engagement and service delivery function for CHIME's custom products and experiences. This role serves as the internal project manager responsible for the execution of contracted custom engagements including, but not limited to, advisory sessions, podcasts, thought leadership roundtables, executive dinners, and hosted receptions. This individual acts as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless coordination, clear communication, and on-time delivery of all program elements. The Client Custom Events Specialist manages logistics, timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional collaboration using CHIME's project management systems to ensure exceptional client experiences and operational excellence. Duties and responsibilities Work as the internal project manager for CHIME custom products, mapping all tasksrequired to implement contracted client programs. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients post-sales handoff, guiding themthrough the delivery process and ensuring all expectations, timelines, and deliverablesare clearly communicated and met. Manage execution of custom engagements including: Advisory sessions Podcasts Thought leadership roundtables Executive/community dinners and receptions Other bespoke client experiences Develop and manage detailed project timelines within project management software (Asana), ensuring all tasks, milestones, and dependencies are tracked. Coordinate with internal teams including marketing, media, analytics, production, events, and leadership to align on program requirements and delivery needs. Schedule and facilitate internal planning meetings, client check-ins, and milestone calls; document action items and ensure follow-through. Oversee logistical coordination including scheduling, speaker/participant coordination, materials readiness, run-of-show elements, and internal resource alignment. Ensure all client deliverables are completed according to contractual obligations and CHIME quality standards. Proactively identify risks, delays, or scope concerns and escalate to the Enterprise Project Manager as needed. Maintain accurate project documentation, timelines, and status updates within project management systems. Support development of repeatable processes and playbooks for custom product delivery to improve operational efficiency and scalability. Build strong partnerships with the sales and business development teams to ensure smooth transitions from sale to delivery. Compile program completion summaries and assist in capturing outcomes, metrics, and client feedback. Maintain positive, professional relationships with clients and internal stakeholders. Qualifications Bachelor's degree required Three years' experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment Exceptional organizational, time-management, and logistical coordination skills with meticulous attention to detail; able to manage multiple concurrent projects without sacrificing accuracy or efficiency Experience working directly with clients and managing expectations Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong collaborator with professional presence; able to build effective working relationships and drive execution across cross-functional teams Self-motivated and proactive problem solver who anticipates needs and drives tasks forward independently Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment; adaptable and able to reprioritize work effectively when conditions or priorities shift Experience with project management software (Asana or similar platform) required Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams) High ethical standards and personal integrity This is a remote based position, but some travel will be required.
