Overview 84 Lumber - La Vergne, TN Schedule: 1st Shift | Monday-Friday | 6:00 AM Start 84 Lumber is seeking a motivated and driven Production Manager in Training (PMT) to join our Building Components Manufacturing team in La Vergne, TN. This is an entry-level leadership development role designed to prepare you for a future Production Management position. The PMT will learn all aspects of manufacturing operations in a structural wood components plant, with a strong emphasis on associate safety, product quality, and production efficiency. Our plant manufactures roof trusses, floor trusses, and wall panels for residential, multi-family, and agricultural construction. Program Overview Your career begins at the manufacturing plant closest to your home.
