For that content to serve millions, it must be discoverable, relevant, and built for the future of search. We’re hiring an SEO Strategist to lead global organic strategy for RamseySolutions.com - modernizing our site structure, defining how we win in AI-driven search, and delivering high-impact SEO opportunities across multiple business units. This role requires strategic vision, innovation, and strong cross-functional influence. You won’t just optimize pages - you’ll shape how Ramsey shows up in search.   What Winning Looks Like: A simplified, documented site architecture is implemented across business units and aligned with search intent and business priorities. Outdated or redundant content is updated, internal linking is strengthened, and crawl health is optimized. Global SEO strategy is aligned with social and video strategy to maximize discoverability and authority. Ramsey has a clear strategy for succeeding in AI-powered search environments, including Google AI Overviews and other platforms. A practical AI search framework guides content ideation, prioritization, and on-page standards. Business units receive clear, data-backed SEO recommendations tied to measurable business impact. Aging content is refreshed strategically (e.g., improving a 2-year-old article’s rankings, relevance, and conversions). Technical SEO issues such as broken links and crawl inefficiencies are proactively identified and resolved. Stakeholders across multiple business areas are aligned and confident in SEO priorities. You're A Match If:  You have 5+ years of SEO experience with measurable business results. You bring strong expertise in both technical SEO and content strategy. You’ve recently done hands-on work exploring AI search and emerging LLM-driven discovery models. You’re energized by innovation and motivated to help an organization adapt to a rapidly changing search landscape. You know how to build strategic frameworks — not just execute tasks. You’re proficient in tools like Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Screaming Frog, and Ahrefs (ProFound or similar AI tools preferred). You can translate complex search data into clear business recommendations. You’ve successfully collaborated across multiple teams or business units and know how to balance competing priorities. You communicate with clarity and confidence, gaining buy-in from stakeholders. You operate with ownership, initiative, and a bias toward action.
