CONTRACTOR QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE As noted in SOW25-334, the selected Contractor must possess the following qualifications and experience: .NET RELATED EXPERIENCE A minimum of 5 years of experience with the following technologies and products: object-oriented and object-relational design and development, web technologies, XML, HTML, MS SQL, Microsoft .Net. A minimum of 5 years of experience with MS versioning tool. A minimum of 5 years of experience with creating and maintaining technical documentation for all development tasks. A minimum of 3 years of experience in creating and managing crystal reports. MS SQL RELATED EXPERIENCE A minimum of 5 years of experience with MS SQL products inclusive of MS SQL. A minimum of 5 years of experience as an MS SQL data modeler inclusive of data design/modeling, monitoring, and performance tuning. A minimum of 5 years of experience with SQL programming inclusive of stored procedures, functions, triggers etc. A minimum of 5 years of experience with SQL relational databases, OLTP and DSS, serving in high performance, service-oriented, multi-tiered environments. A minimum of 5 years of experience with database design tools. CONTRACTOR RESPONSIBILITIES As noted in SOW25-334, the Contractor will perform the following tasks in the time and manner specified: SERVICE TASKS: Upon Purchase Order issuance, provide a staff member to provide Applications Development Analyst (B. Intermediate) services. Notify the Department Contract Manager if there is a vacancy within one business day of the date of the vacancy. Provide a new staff member to provide Applications Development Analyst (B. Intermediate) services within two weeks of the date of the vacancy. Modify, develop, design, and maintain .NET applications daily, as directed by the Department. Design and modify model objects (such as tables, views indexes) daily, as directed by the Department. Develop ad-hoc queries on MS SQL databases daily, as directed by the Department. Provide analytical services for system incidents and enhancements daily, as directed by the Department. Process defect tickets to correct system errors within two business days of request, as directed by the Department. As directed by the Department, process release tickets to manage user requirements within the timeframe directed by the specific ticket request. The response due date of tickets assigned will range from one hour to more than one week, as specified by the Department. Process change tickets to implement system changes on a weekly basis, as directed by the Department. Provide analytical services on systems to implement user-defined requirements, daily, as directed by the Department. Provide analytical services on systems to identify operational efficiencies, daily, as directed by the Department. Document system technical objects, business requirements, business processes, and system processes, as directed by the Department. Test application code, as directed by the Department. Perform testing on system changes to meet user-defined requirements, weekly, as directed by the Department.
