About Our Client This role oversees groundup and renovation projects across multiple commercial sectors, managing budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client communication from preconstruction through closeout. The position requires a seasoned leader who can run projects independently, mentor junior staff, and maintain high standards of quality, safety, and delivery. Job Description Manage all phases of construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and within budget. Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to meet project requirements and expectations. Oversee project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure optimal performance. Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that arise. Prepare and present progress reports and updates to stakeholders. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project. Lead and mentor project teams to achieve project goals effectively. Handle risk management and implement solutions to mitigate potential delays or challenges.
