Job specification Candidate requirements Job specification Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of adult patients, including diagnosing and managing acute and chronic illnesses. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare team members. Perform necessary procedures, such as physical exams, vaccinations, and minor office-based procedures. Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and optimize clinic operations. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in electronic health records, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards. Candidate requirements Master's degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant studies from an accredited program. Current Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in the state of Connecticut. Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in adult medicine or a related field, with a strong emphasis on primary care. Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications are required.
