Position Summary: Provides direction and oversees operation of location and services with moderate budget and/or complexity. Ensures organizational direction and goals are met and client outcomes achieved. Position Description: Know and explain regulatory specifications for services/programs across the organization Understand and promote resources to coordinate efficiency in regulatory compliance Assist programs to assure compliance plans are fully implemented and designed to meet requirements. Monitor compliance with regulatory and funder requirements and communicate findings from audit/survey reports Interpret data to identify trends and assist programs with improvements Work with Director to develop and manage a budget and operating plan to support the financial success of the organization Foster teamwork and a positive work environment; anticipate and respond to staffing needs. Oversee Compliance Business Partners by providing ongoing direction, input, feedback and training opportunities. Participate in the hiring process of all reporting staff Ensure all staff receive training and coaching to allow for continuous professional development. Conduct or oversee the evaluation and development process in a fair, timely and consistent manner. Communicate and collaborate with external stakeholders and act as a liaison with the community. Ensure service integration by collaborating with peers and agency leadership Create written reports, meeting minutes and other correspondence on daily/monthly/quarterly/annually basis as indicated by organization needs Other duties as assigned Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Ability to successfully interface with internal and external customers Ability to utilize technology to manage data and assist in communication Ability to handle sensitive inquiries and information in a confidential and professional manner Ability to resolve and de-escalate conflict in an open, effective and timely manner High attention to detail Skill in supervising others while coaching and developing Ability to ensure maintenance of appropriate boundaries with staff and clients Excellent organizational and time management skills Management of multiple projects and demands effectively Effective verbal and written communication skills Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multi-task Job Requirements: Master's degree in behavioral/social sciences, Business/Public Administration or related area or; Bachelor's degree in same and equivalent work experience Dependent on position; licensure may be required 3 years supervisory/management experience Valid driver's license and current auto insurance Essential Functions/Physical Demands: Positional: Driving in accordance with job duties assigned. Occasional standing and walking. Constant sitting. Gross Mobility: Rare climbing, or crawling. Infrequent balancing, stooping, kneeling, or crouching. Frequent to constant reaching and handling. Sensory: Rare tasting/smelling. Infrequent use of color vision. Occasional use of far visual acuity, depth perception, and field of vision. Frequent use of near and midrange visual acuity, and visual accommodation. Frequent to constant talking.
