Senior Electrical Engineer

Job Title: Senior Electrical Engineer Job Type: Full-Time Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Senior Electrical Engineer to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of electrical systems within an advanced manufacturing environment. This role requires expertise in PLC integration, high-tension electrical projects, switchgear management, transformer systems, and HTLC panels. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical knowledge, leadership skills, and a commitment to safety and efficiency in electrical infrastructure. Key Responsibilities: Design and implement complex electrical systems and automation strategies. Develop and optimize PLC programming solutions. Oversee high-tension electrical projects from conception to completion. Manage the installation and operation of switchgear, transformers, and HTLC panels. Conduct power studies, load calculations, and system analyses to enhance efficiency. Troubleshoot complex electrical issues and system failures. Ensure compliance with electrical codes, standards, and safety regulations. Lead and mentor junior engineers and technical staff. Develop and implement strategies for electrical system modernization and energy efficiency. Manage electrical capital projects, including budgeting and resource allocation. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (Master's preferred). 7+ years of experience in industrial electrical engineering. Expertise in PLC programming, high-tension power systems, switchgear, and transformers. Strong knowledge of HTLC panels and industrial control systems. Experience in electrical system design, troubleshooting, and reliability improvements. Familiarity with power system analysis, automation systems, and industrial electrical codes (NEC).
