Physician Assistant-Geriatric| Permanent Role Location: Marble Falls, TX 78657 Assignment Duration: Permanent Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Guaranteed: 40 Hours Compensation: Based on experience. Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive or problem-focused physical exams and medical histories. Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests and labs. Prescribe medications and therapeutic treatments per protocols with focus on safety, efficacy, and cost. Create and implement evidence-based treatment plans, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams. Evaluate patient responses and adjust care plans accordingly. Provide patient and family counseling on conditions, treatments, medications, lifestyle changes. Maintain detailed medical records and documentation. Consult and refer cases outside scope of practice as needed. Perform procedures within training and credentialed scope. Manage acute and chronic conditions with a population health approach. Support extended clinic coverage as needed. Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited PA program. Current license to practice as a Physician Assistant in Texas. Current certification by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA).
