We are looking for an entrepreneurial and strategic Product Manager to join our Incentives team, dedicated to driving rewards, promotions, and user bonuses across Coinbase. Your main goal will be to establish the incentives-as-a-service engine for Coinbase. You'll oversee the development of incentive primitives that empower product teams and intelligent systems to deliver targeted offers to users at just the right moments. We have three core objectives: Step 1: Expand MATU - Broaden our target audience by implementing high-ROI incentives, like the Account Inflow Bonus, while following profitability and risk guidelines. Step 2: Foster Meaningful Engagement - Utilize the incentives platform for timely, targeted campaigns that motivate users to take substantial actions, develop investing habits, and unlock core product value. Step 3: Increase Lifetime Value - Retain top users and build loyalty by creating scalable incentive programs that reward deeper product engagement and growth in assets under management (AUM).
