The Head of Digital Fundraising Strategies is a key position responsible for steering WWP's digital direct response fundraising initiatives, a core aspect of our revenue strategy aimed at acquiring and retaining donors through channels such as paid search, social media, email, and our website. In this role, you will lead a passionate team and work with agency partners to develop strategic plans that drive revenue growth with a focus on return on investment (ROI) and enhanced donor engagement. Duties & Responsibilities Oversee and optimize digital direct response campaigns across paid search, programmatic advertising, social media, email, and WWP's website. Lead, mentor, and evaluate a team of digital fundraising professionals to elevate their skills and effectiveness. Manage revenue forecasting and budgeting in partnership with senior leadership. Analyze channel performance and refine strategies based on data-driven insights. Coordinate creative development and testing strategies to boost campaign effectiveness. Track key performance indicators for donor acquisition and retention, utilizing analytics to guide strategies. Manage external vendors and agencies for fundraising campaigns, ensuring alignment with our goals and budget. Engage with celebrities and influencers to enhance campaign visibility. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaign messaging and visuals align with organizational priorities. Create integrated strategies for cross-channel campaigns that improve donor experiences. Implement donor journey optimization strategies to increase recurring donations and re-engage lapsed donors. Work alongside analysts to maintain tracking systems that bolster performance measurement and strategic planning. Act as the primary business lead for digital fundraising tools to streamline operations. Innovate new revenue streams through creative campaigns and partnerships. Manage donation forms on WWP's website, focusing on SEO strategies to increase traffic and conversion rates. Oversee digital premium processes for fundraising campaigns. Advocate for digital fundraising within the organization by sharing insights that promote innovation. Present quarterly performance reports to leadership, highlighting key findings and recommendations. Participate in training sessions to support your personal and professional growth. Perform other duties as necessary to align with organizational goals. Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities In-depth knowledge of digital fundraising strategies, including acquisition, conversion, email marketing, and ROI analysis. Proven success in leading multi-channel campaigns that enhance donor engagement. Strong leadership skills with a track record of developing high-performing teams. Experience managing external partnerships, focusing on collaboration and quality assurance. Advanced analytical abilities with a talent for presenting data to diverse audiences. Excellent communication and collaborative skills for working across teams. Outstanding organizational and project management capabilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital marketing platforms, particularly Google Analytics. Strong interpersonal skills that build solid professional relationships. Seven years of experience supervising staff. Seven years of experience managing external vendors and agency relationships. Preferences Seven years of experience in nonprofit fundraising. Education Requirements Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field. Equivalent experience may substitute for formal education. Preferences None. Certifications & Licensure Requirements A valid state-issued driver's license. Preferences None. Work Environment/Physical Demands A temperature-controlled office environment. Up to 10% travel may be required. For candidates in Colorado, the estimated hiring range for this position is $95,961 - $119,952 annually. For applicants in Chicago, IL, San Diego, CA, and Washington State, the range is $105,100 - $131,376; for Washington, D.C., it is $109,670 - $137,088; and for New York, it is $114,240 - $142,800 annual base salary, depending on experience and qualifications.
