Assist in specimen collection as necessary and prepare samples for laboratory analysis. Thoroughly document all procedures, mentor and train new staff or students, and help maintain high-quality standards in the lab. Ensure a clean, safe working environment while adhering to relevant regulatory and accreditation standards. Education A Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science or an equivalent allied health degree, with ASCP/AMT certification preparation. Certifications ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) to be obtained within one year of employment. Commit to maintaining active certification throughout your tenure.
