As an Intermediate Software Engineer, you will play a key role in designing, creating, and maintaining software applications. This position involves coding, debugging, testing, and troubleshooting throughout the development lifecycle. You’ll work collaboratively within a team, independently managing typical project solutions while proactively recommending enhancements and supporting applications outside of regular hours. Key Responsibilities: Research, design, and implement software applications based on user needs. Write, test, and deploy efficient code and create automated tests to enhance reliability. Maintain and improve existing applications by identifying areas for optimization. Participate in on-call support for applications as required. Collaborate efficiently within an Agile environment as part of a Scrum team, embracing changes and adapting to shifting requirements. Exhibit a positive, solution-oriented attitude while collaborating with team members and stakeholders. Develop a comprehensive understanding of the application to better support our customers. Engage in continuous professional development to enhance technical knowledge and skills. Salary: $90,000 - $100,000 Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Experience: 3+ years of relevant experience. Proficiency in .NET, Entity Framework, and SQL Server. Skills and Competencies: Strong technical skills with a focus on software development. Effective communication skills to articulate complex issues clearly to team members and stakeholders. Analytical and creative problem-solving skills. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting. Capacity to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Demonstrated respect for collaboration and ownership in every project. A willingness to adapt to change and focus on continuous improvement. Interest in AI development tools is a plus.
