Purpose & Responsibilities: As an intern within our Operational Excellence team, you'll play a crucial role in driving efficiency and quality improvements across Grifols' business units. You'll work on exciting projects that involve: Collecting, organizing, and analyzing operational data related to manufacturing, supply chain, and other core functions. Applying Lean methodologies to assess and enhance current processes using techniques like 5S and Kaizen. Participating in process mapping activities and helping to document standard operating procedures. Creating impactful reports and presentations to effectively communicate your findings and recommendations to stakeholders. Collaborating with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts to spearhead continuous improvement initiatives. Skills & Qualifications: To thrive in this role, the ideal candidate should meet the following criteria: Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related scientific field (Industrial Engineering or Supply Chain preferred) as a rising junior or senior; or enrolled in a Master's or PhD program. Minimum GPA of 3.0 or higher. Proficient in Excel (including Macros and pivot tables), Microsoft Word, and PowerPoint. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. A keen interest in process improvement, operational efficiency, and project management.
