We collaborate with clients to implement Digital Laboratory Transformation, which reshapes scientific processes while enhancing data management and analytics capabilities. What You Will Do: Engage in various roles to deliver and promote digital laboratory solutions while analyzing and designing new business workflows. Identify comprehensive product requirements and collaborate with the business community to ensure their perspectives are integrated throughout the process. Enhance organizational performance and achieve program objectives by leading end-to-end project activities. Communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders to align priorities and establish direction. Shape clients' vision for digital transformation and assist them in transitioning from their current state to an optimized enterprise environment. Collaborate with senior client leaders to secure commitment for proposed solutions. Oversee the design and implementation of digital lab solutions, ensuring adherence to Accenture's implementation methodology. Proactively manage risks related to client engagements and project performance. Mentor and coach project resources to enhance their skills and effectiveness. Contribute to the growth of the Scientific Informatics consulting portfolio through thought leadership and opportunity identification. Engage in business development initiatives to drive innovative solutions and process improvements for clients. Utilize technical and industry expertise to support sales efforts for both new and existing clients. Travel: Candidates should be prepared for travel up to 50% to client locations. Qualifications: 6+ years of experience in scientific and laboratory informatics, especially within R&D or QC manufacturing environments. Bachelor's degree in Laboratory Science, Life Science (e.g., Chemistry, Biology), Computer Science, or Engineering. Preferred Skills: Experience with a consulting firm or in a scientific/laboratory informatics role. Accenture provides a competitive compensation package influenced by various factors including location, role, and skill set.
