As an Engineering Manager specializing in .NET and C#, you'll play a key role in leveraging data to drive strategic insights and optimize business operations. In this role, you will: Manage and lead projects focused on building modern data ecosystems. Transform insights into actionable strategic opportunities. Oversee client accounts and lead teams to ensure project success. Engage in strategic planning and nurture junior staff development. Uphold rigorous standards while delivering impactful data strategies. Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment. You'll work closely with leadership to ensure quality delivery, timelines, and successful project completion. What You Need to Succeed: Bachelor's Degree. 10 years of experience in data and analytics management, including a minimum of 8 years leading substantial programs, with at least 3 years in Managed Data and Analytics services. What Sets You Apart: Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or Computer and Information Science preferred. PMP certification or Scrum Master accredited. Experience with ITIL processes and leading data transformation projects. Proven ability to identify growth opportunities and manage risks in Data and Analytics. The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $232,000, with actual compensation dependent upon skills, experience, and qualifications.
