Your Role: As the Client Relationships Manager, you will oversee account services, enhance client retention, and foster growth in the Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) sector. You will serve as the strategic account manager for key clients, respond to Requests for Proposals, and provide valuable insights and thought leadership. Focus on direct sales to cultivate new clients across diverse global industries. Engage in proactive prospecting and outreach to create a robust pipeline for new business opportunities. Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, including CxO level executives, and create mutually beneficial partnerships. Collaborate closely with leading insurance brokers and consultants specializing in property insurance. Continuously enhance your understanding of TUV SUD's GRC offerings to deliver a comprehensive and compelling value proposition to prospects and clients. Your Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business or a related field, or equivalent experience. At least 1 year of sales experience in a fast-paced new business environment. A proven track record in solution/services sales with consistent achievement of quotas. Outstanding professional selling, negotiation, and closing skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities, with the capability to set and meet your goals independently. Additional Information: The anticipated annual base salary for this position ranges from $75,000 - $125,000. Actual salary will be based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity. Compensation may also include eligibility for an annual bonus opportunity. This role requires local and regional travel, with occasional national travel as needed.
