You'll work alongside experienced preconstruction leaders and gain exposure to the full lifecycle of multifamily development. This is not a passive or observational role - you'll actively contribute while building a strong foundation in preconstruction and estimating! Key Responsibilities Assist with cost estimating, quantity takeoffs, and bid preparation for multifamily construction projects Support budget development, feasibility studies, and early project planning Coordinate with Preconstruction Managers, architects, engineers, and internal stakeholders Help manage the bidding and subcontractor evaluation process Support the handoff from preconstruction to construction, ensuring projects are set up for success Apply construction knowledge and best practices to support accurate, thoughtful decision-making Contribute as a proactive, collaborative team member in a fast-paced environment What We're Looking For Education Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field Experience 0-3 years of experience in construction, preconstruction, estimating, internships, or co-op roles Recent graduates are encouraged to apply!
