Description As a Sr. Quality Manager, you champion quality excellence across the organization. You lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of our Quality Management System, ensuring our products and processes consistently meet the highest standards. You play a pivotal role in driving continuous improvement, mitigating risks, and fostering a culture of quality throughout the company. Possessing an active DOD Secret Clearance is required to be considered for this position. This position is currently contingent upon award.Job Duties and Responsibilities: Leads the development, implementation, and maintenance of the Quality Management System (QMS). Manages Risk Management activities to identify, assess, and mitigate potential quality issues. Oversees Quality Assurance processes to ensure adherence to established standards and procedures. Drives Process Improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Manages Validation activities to ensure that processes Leads Change Control processes to manage and document changes to products, processes, and systems. Performs Data Analysis to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement. Ensures Regulatory Compliance with applicable DoD, DISA STIG regulations and standards. Leads Project Management efforts related to quality initiatives and projects. Provides Leadership and guidance to the quality team, fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement. Develops and maintains the Quality Management Plan, outlining the organization's quality objectives and strategies. Establishes and maintains Policy Standards and Procedures to ensure consistent quality practices. Oversees the development and implementation of Quality Procedures/QA and QC processes. Integrates Agile and DevSecOps Quality Integration principles into the software development lifecycle. Develops Metrics and presents reports to track quality performance and identify areas for improvement. Ensures Compliance and Audit readiness for internal and external audits. Provides work direction, training, and mentorship to quality team members. Participates in hiring decisions for the quality team. RequirementsIn-depth knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS) principles and practices. Strong understanding of Risk Management methodologies. Proficiency in Quality Assurance and Quality Control techniques. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to lead and motivate teams. Knowledge of Agile and DevSecOps methodologies. Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Engineering, Science, Quality Management). 10 years of experience in quality management roles. Demonstrated experience leading and implementing Quality Management Systems. Preferred Qualifications: Master's degree in a related field. Certifications in Quality Management (e.g., CQM, Six Sigma).
