Accrued Sick Leave Responsibilities: -Assist clients with ADLs, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene support and incontinence care -Assist with mobility, transfers, and safe ambulation -Monitor and document vital signs; report any changes to the RN or supervisor -Offer medication reminders -Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided -Follow customized Care Plans Requirements: -Active CNA certification in Maryland -Previous home care experience preferred -CPR and First Aid certification -Negative PPD result with the last year OR Clear Chest X-Ray within the last 5 years -Health Physical or work release from physician within the last 2 years -Must be able to pass a drug screening -Must have a clear background (no disqualifying criminal history such as convictions for violence, theft, or abuse) Apply today and start a fulfilling career where you're truly making a difference!
