In this position, you will recruit and advise Independent Advisory Representatives (IARs) who leverage Gradient Advisors, LLC's platform to offer bespoke investment portfolios and financial plans. You will act as a trusted business partner, navigating IARs through the affiliation process, and providing ongoing support to foster their firm's growth. We value a consultative, collaborative, and advisor-first relationship, focusing on investment management strategies, advisory office support, and rapid compliance services to help clients achieve lasting financial security. Key Responsibilities Establish and nurture strong relationships with IAR professionals. Consult with IARs to enhance their firm's growth and recommend effective strategies. Act as a seamless extension of their team to align with their goals and sales objectives. Articulate the advantages of partnering with Gradient Advisors, including access to superior investment platforms, compliance support, and mentorship. Provide strategic advice on business development, portfolio allocations, case design, and advisory solutions. Embark on a rewarding career with excellent income potential while positively influencing the financial futures of both IARs and their clients. Qualifications Active advisory licensure such as Series 65, 7/66, or CFP. A minimum of one year of sales experience in investments, advisory services, or securities. Willingness to work in-office four days a week with one remote workday. Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.
