Key Responsibilities: Service Portfolio Leadership: Define and manage the entire lifecycle of the global service portfolio, establishing a clear vision, strategy, and multi-faceted roadmap. Business Ownership: Meet and exceed financial targets, ensuring the growth in revenue, attachment rates, and overall profitability. Go-to-Market Strategy: Lead the global approach for both new and existing service offerings, collaborating with various departments to improve market share and adoption rates. Value Proposition: Craft compelling value propositions based on customer insights and industry trends to ensure a consistent, client-focused message across regions. Customer Insights: Conduct Voice of the Customer (VOC) feedback sessions and market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with SSO Operations and Tektronix business units to ensure effective service delivery. Pricing Strategy: Manage the global pricing strategy for services, ensuring maximum price realization and profitability. Strategic Leadership: Contribute to the long-term strategic planning within SSO, promoting innovative, data-driven ideas. Performance Management: Leverage effective business leadership to achieve key performance metrics, including revenue and profitability. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or MS in Management preferred. Minimum of 5 years of product marketing or management experience with measurable P&L responsibilities. History of global product or service marketing with successful market share growth. Expertise in operational excellence through tools like kaizen and continuous improvement. Capability to balance immediate performance with long-term strategic goals. Experience in branded B2B or B2C settings, ideally with complex technical service offerings. Demonstrated success in developing VOC-driven product strategies. Ability to influence and build trusting relationships across matrixed organizations.
